The Electro Harmonix Stereo Pulsar is an effect pedal that allows guitarists to explore all the possible facets of tremolo.
How does the Electro Harmonix Stereo Pulsar work?
The Stereo Pulsar is equipped with a wave switch, which enables you to choose between triangle and square wave modulation. Select one, and then use the shape knob to control transitions from negative to positive saw tooth, or to adjust the pulse width. The depth knob determines the level of tremolo, while the rate knob adjusts the speed of the effect. With these controls at your disposal, you’ll be able to produce a diversity of tremolo effects, venturing far beyond the conventional kind.
Stereo
The Stereo Pulsar has a stereo output, which means you can connect the pedal to two amplifiers or two separate mixer channels, enhancing the tremolo effect by means of the stereo image. Have your signal jump from the left to the right speaker, and you’ll add a whole new dimension to your performances.

Het is even wennen aan de draaiknoppen (het luistert soms erg nauw).

- goede prijs/kwaliteit
- veel verschillende mogelijkheden
- blinkende LED die de snelheid aangeeft
- stevige behuizing
- neemt niet al te veel plaats in (standaard ehx formaat zoals de memory boy)

- lichte volume drop tijdens het spelen
- de rate knob is redelijk gevoelig aan beweging
- geeft soms een te 'choppend' geluid vanuit mijn versterker, wat op zich wel wijs is voor mee te experimenten, valt niet zo hard op bij het spelen
