General
Eventide presents the H9 Max Harmonizer, which gives you the famous studio-grade sounds of the popular Factor series stomp boxes: 61 effects of the Space, Pitchfactor, Modfactor and Timefactor pedals. Additionally, you can use an exclusive UltraTap Delay, a Resonator and an EQ Compressor. Moreover, you can wirelessly connect the H9 Max to Apple devices via Bluetooth, so you can use the Eventide stomp box to make, edit and control presets via your iPhone, iPod and iPad.
Eventide H9 Max: intuitive interface
As the interface is so clear, the presets of the H9 Max are easy to edit. The big black button on this Eventide pedal changes scroll direction of the two switches. When you press the Hotknob on the top left of the pedal, the button changes into an expression pedal. Additionally, you'll gain access to the three pre-programmed parameters via the X, Y and Z knobs.
Additional options on the H9 Max
Combine it with an optional foot switch or additional expression pedal to further expand on the options of this Eventide stomp box. A foot switch (max. three knobs) allows you to control the extra options of the H9 Max. An expression pedal allows you to control several parameters with your feet, so you'll have your hands free to play your guitar or bass guitar. Via the MIDI out/thru and in, you can control several of Eventide's effect pedals and synchronise them. Some notable features include the automatic mono/stereo detection and adjustable in and output level.

All in all while this seems expensive, when you consider what you get, the quality of the sound, and the space and hassle it will save you - it starts to look like a much, much better deal.
It is almost like it has made all the instruments I own new again for me.
