What's New with Dorico 3.5?

The new pitch-before-duration function gives you the freedom to simply compose while playing a keyboard - by specifying a duration, the notes will be automatically transcribed into your score. Dorico also supports 'figured bass', also known as Basso Continuo, allowing the creation of Baroque style harmonic notation, where a bass note can be assigned figures representing the chord rather than notating the entire chord, making the notation process a little bit quicker. VST expression maps are also included, so that the very best articulations and expressions can be pulled out the very best virtual instruments. Guitar notation has also been improved, and anyone who wants to play around with the drawn objects can spend many a happy evening using the editor.
