General

The PM6X is a muffler suitable for a number of Yamaha flugelhorn models. It has a built-in microphone so you can capture the sound. By also getting the STJ Personal Studio, you can hear the sound directly back while you're playing, allowing you to hear the sound back through ear buds and the Brass Resonance Modelling technology makes it sound like you're playing without a mute. It is lightweight and easy to apply and remove from your instrument. You won't notice it's in the horn while you play and it muffles the sound incredibly well. It is suitable for the YFH-631G, YFH-8310Z/ZG, YFH-8315G and the silver-plated versions of these bugles.
