New DJ Hardware by Mixars: Primo and Quattro!
The relatively young brand Mixars is planning a big launch at this year's NAMM trade show! With their Primo DJ controller and Quattro mixer, Mixars shows us they've got big things in store for us!
The Italian company Mixars have taken their UNO and DUO mixers a step further by teaming up with Serato, resulting in these two products. Curious? Let's take a look!
Mixars Quattro:
This professional 4-channel DJ mixer comes complete with the full version of Serato DJ and is Serato DVS-ready. The mixer has a dual USB connection, 16 RGB pads for triggering hot cues and samples, four effects that can be assigned per individual channel, and 14 additional effects from the FX department. It's also capable of MIDI mapping as the Quattro is designed to work seamlessly with Serato!
Mixars Primo:
With their Primo controller, Mixars shows us and the competition how it's done. This DJ controller has a rugged housing of brushed aluminium and a wide array of connection options and functions under the bonnet. Just like the Quattro, the Primo also has 16 RGB pads for triggering cue points, roll, slicer or samples. A selection of the available functions include key sync, front panel aux input with individual volume, touch needle search strip, pitch control, USB connectivity, On-Jog display, and much, much more!
