General

The Tour X series by Electro Voice was designed for use in clubs, at concerts and for all other professional applications. It's built for life on the road, and as such has a solid construction of plywood and MDF. This passive speaker by Electro Voice wouldn't mind setting down roots though either, perhaps as part of a fixed installation. The TX 1122 is a passive speaker with a 12-inch woofer and a 1.25-inch compression driver for the trebles.

Performance

The TX 1122 can provide up to 500 watts of continuous power with a peak of 2,000 watts, and it provides a maximum sound pressure of 130 dB without distortion. This Tour-X series is designed to give its all, and all of the components have been built to allow it to do just that. The TX 1122 is equipped with a crossover of the fourth order with a filtering of 24 dB per octave, and it has an EQ for a smooth response in the vocal range. Furthermore, the filter provides a more expansive high frequency response and has a safety circuit that protects your horn.

Construction

The woofer and driver of the TX 1122 are protected by a metal backbone grille that's been placed at an angle for extra strength. The trapezoidal cabinet is fashioned from a combination of plywood and MDF so it is both strong and lightweight. Furthermore, a unique black coating developed by EV protects the speaker from scratches and other types of cosmetic damage. The TX 1122 is equipped with six M10 (3/8 inch) mounting points and a 35mm stand adapter to offer plenty of options for placing this speaker. Finally, the built-in handles are fully adjustable and available on four sides, so you can easily place the speaker no matter its original position.

Fabuleux matériel.
Je me suis équipé de trois pièces de ce modèle en 2023 et je confirme les avis précédents.
Pour se rendre compte de leur qualité il faut absolument les essayer.
Le son est d'une cohérence rare pour une enceinte équipée d'un système deux voies de cette dimension.A tester absolument.
Cette société a conçu les meilleurs systèmes dans les années 1980 et continue d'innover avec des éléments d'exception.
Bax shop est un excellent fournisseur d'équipements avec des prix raisonnables.

Wauw wat een kwaliteit speaker, dit is echt een fantastische speaker die echt super stevig is! Het geluid van deze speaker is super luid, supermooi en daarnaast ook nog eens super helder, ook de bass hiervan is erg goed. Het ontwerp van deze speaker is ook nog eens super stevig en lichtgewicht, dankzij het gebogen rooster in het middenstuk buigt de grill niet snel door! De handgrepen aan de zijkanten zijn ook erg fijn zodat je hem altijd goed kan verplaatsen. Al met al geef ik deze speaker een dikke vijf sterren!

Super toppen heb er 2 aangeschaft dit weekend veel gebruikt en ze zijn geweldig prachtige klank en super uitstraling ook voor zang perfect krachtig en geen vervorming van geluid als het wat harder gaat ook verder de zaal in houdt deze top zijn geluid een aanrader prima levering en service van bax shop
