If you're looking for a reliable and great-sounding passive full-range speaker, then Yamaha's C112V is an excellent choice. As expected of the Japanese giant, the build quality is more than decent and via the jack and SpeakOn inputs, the speaker can be linked up to an amplifier, mixer or other speakers to set up a customised PA system. To protect the tweeter, Yamaha have built in a special circuit to prevent input overload and, even after years of use, you can still expect the C112V to offer the same excellent and consistent audio quality as the day you took it out of the box.
