The mounting plate fits perfectly into the openings and makes tape and Velcro unnecessary. You can also move them around as often as you like, and it also comes with a silicone cover. This is transparent and protects your pedal from dust and moisture. Moreover, it also prevents accidental turning of the knobs, so your settings are safe too.
