General
Designed to mimic the restful sound of rolling waves, the Remo ET-0216-10 Ocean Drum is essentially a large, 12 inch diameter and 2.5 inch deep frame drum, filled with metal beads and has been aptly finished with an Aquarium print. By gently tilting the drum back and forth, a lush, wave-like sound is released; when shaken, this drum has the sound of a percussive shaker with a slow attack; or it can simply be played by hand or with a beater like any other standard frame drum. This model is just as ideal for drumming circles or school music rooms as it is for professional percussionists and recording studios.
