General
The clear Pinstripe bass drumhead by Remo is instantly recognisable by the Pinstripe ring that is set between the two plies of Mylar. It's a very popular drumhead for good reason, as it offers excellent quality and a great sound. The head consists of two plies of 7-mil (0.178mm) Mylar with the Pinstripe ring in between. This ring dampens any unwanted overtones and allows for better resonance, resulting in short sustain and a warm sound.

Een klassieker, de Remo Pinstripe. Dit dubbellaagsvel klinkt vooral 'vet' en is dan ook erg geschikt voor (heavy)rock en dergelijke muziek. Vel gaat lang mee en kan zonder problemen laag gestemd worden. Er zit een stevige attack in. Als je een lange toon wilt moet je een ander vel kiezen (Remo Emperor bijvoorbeeld). Tip: plak een Falam Slam of ander soort sticker (of knip een stukje uit een oud vel) waar de klopper het vel raakt. Geeft meer attack en je vel gaat veel langer mee!Aanrader!

voor deze prijs een pracht vel ! Kort, vet en hard. Goed te stemmen, ook in lage stemming.
( bijna slap dus) Klein dekentje er onderin, klinkt prima.
Gaat ook lang mee, ook voor de dubbel pedaal specialisten !
