General
Condenser microphones often offer better sound than the conventional microphones in your PC. The only downside of them is that they require phantom power, and PCs don't have that. Nowadays you have the option of using a mixer to power the mic, but that can get pretty pricey.
That's where Bax-shop comes in. We put together this set to offer you a way to easily connect your condenser microphone to your PC, Mac or laptop via the microphone input of your sound card (usually the blue plug)! You don't have to install anything - just plug it in and get to work!
The connection is simple. Plug your microphone into the mic input on the PS400 and select the voltage (often 48 V). The small plug goes in the microphone input (blue) of your PC, and you can place the cable in between.
Tips or comments about this product- Please note that it plugs in via the microphone input and not the line input.
- Also, don't forget to turn up the volume of your microphone input after connecting it.

Prima kabels, zeker voor de prijs. Devine is erg goedkoop, zelfs in vergelijking met andere budget merken. Aan de kwaliteit is dit niet te merken. Ik gebruik al meer dan 10 jaar grotendeels Devine kabels in mijn home studio en heb er slechts een enkele keer een hoeven vervangen of repareren. Als je er veel mee moet reizen (/voor live audio) kun je misschien het beste duurkoop nemen (neutrik) maar voor alle andere toepassingen zijn deze kabels zeer geschikt. Ik zou ze overigens ook best voor live klussen inzetten alleen gaan ze wellicht wat minder lang mee. (Het verschil zit hem vooral in de connectoren, die zijn niet volledig metaal en zullen net wat sneller kapotgaan als je er te hard aan trekt, al moet je wel echt goed je best doen om ze kapot te krijgen, dus als je een beetje normaal met je spullen omgaat zit je met deze kabels wel goed. Ook op de lange termijn.)
