The first plectrums ever made were made of the shell of a tortoise. For this reason Dunlop makes a reference to tortoises in their Tortex series. The Tortex Standard is for guitarists that prefer a slightly thicker plectrum. The 12 blue Tortex plectrums from this set are 1.00 mm thick.
The Tortex’s material has been specifically selected for its durability and ‘memory’. The plectrum shapes itself to your stroking-style and grip. The Tortex Standard has rugged layer for grip.

Ik gebruikte hier voor 0.88 maar de overstap naar 1.0 bevalt mij zeer goed! het is minimaal maar een wereld van verschil tijdens het spelen. Meer controle over je spel. Zeer geschikt voor de Slag/Solo gitarist.
