General

The KickPort FX1 Port is based on the very well-received The Kickport. However, the FX series is specifically designed for mounting in the batter of a snare, tom or even kick drum, and reduces unwanted overtones. The result is a warmer, extra-focused sound: more of the natural, actual sound of the kettle is projected towards the drummer, audience and microphone. This KickPort FX1-RT is particularly suitable for toms with a diameter between about 10 and 14 inches.
