General

De ESI DuaFire is een USB/Firewire audio interface die de EWDM technologie goed ondersteunt. Met deze interface kunnen bestuurdersinterfaces zoals ASIO 2.0, GSIF 2.0, MME en WDM gelijktijdig worden gebruikt. De ESI DuaFire is hierdoor een mobiele opname-interface voor zowel laptops als desktop computers. Door middel van de flexibele ingangen kan er opgenomen worden van allerlei verschillende bronnen. Ook kan de DuaFire direct aangesloten worden met een draaitafel via de ingebouwde phono voorversterker, microfoons (+48V fantoomspanning) en Hi-Z signalen (bijvoorbeeld een gitaar).
