The body forms the core for the tone of this bass guitar. It is made of ash, which has rather large pores, allowing for a rich resonance. This guitar has a U-profile maple neck that is attached to the body with four screws, just like back in 1974. The rosewood fretboard has pearloid block inlays and houses twenty low, narrow frets.
Special single coils
