For price-conscious (beginning) guitarists, Ibanez have composed this economical bundle: the GRG140BDBKN. This set consists of an Ibanez GRG140 electric guitar in the colour Black Night and a 10-watt Ibanez IBZ1G guitar amplifier combo. The only thing you need is a cable and you can get off to a flying start! The guitar features a versatile HSS pickup configuration and is fitted with a FAT-10 tremolo bridge for subtle vibrato effects. In other words, it's quite a package.
GRG140-BKN: full-blooded Ibanez
Despite its economical price, the GRG140 is a genuine Ibanez. This RG model from the Gio series has a basswood body with pitch black lacquer and a white pickguard. The humbucker pickup at the bridge is perfect for heavier playing styles, whereas the single coils in the middle and neck position provide great clarity and sparkle. The maple neck is fitted with a 24-fret rosewood fretboard and is easy and comfortable to play, like a true Ibanez.
IBZ1G amp combo
This set also includes a 10-watt guitar amplifier combo. With its small size and sufficient power, this IBZ1G is perfect for rehearsal sessions in the bedroom or living room. The amplifier has everything you need: volume control, a 2-band EQ consisting of treble and bass and built-in distortion for heavier music genres. The IBZ1G also has a headphone connector that allows you to practise in silence.
