De Korg PA800 is de term ‘keyboard’ ruimschoots ontgroeid. Dit is een volwaardig workstation, met professionele klanken, functies en componenten. We zien een touchscreen-display, voor eenvoudige navigatie door de diverse menu’s. Het klavier speelt comfortabel en heeft aftertouch. Opvallend zijn de ruim bemeten luidsprekers, 2x 22 Watt versterking en basreflex-systeem. Zo komt uw muziek direct tot leven en zijn zelfs kleine optredens zonder externe versterking geen probleem met de PA800.
Klanken, styles en sequencer
Een goed workstation moet over goede klanken beschikken. Een groot waverom (klankgeheugen) zorgt daarvoor. Van stereo-gesamplede piano’s tot drawbarorgels met authentiek leslie-effect en van levendige drums tot frisse koperblazers: de PA800 biedt ze u. Een indrukwekkende 960 stijllocaties zijn beschikbaar, waarvan er 400 voorgeprogrammeerd zijn. De PA800 biedt alle vrijheid om de styles op uw repertoire af te stemmen. Deze Korg is 120-stemmig polyfoon, wat betekent dat er grootse klanken kunnen worden afgespeeld, zonder ‘voice stealing’. Zelfs een sampler ontbreekt niet, voor het maken van eigen sounds. De Quiklok BX-718 keyboardbank wordt meegeleverd, voor professioneel zitgemak.
