General
Roland's Duo-Capture is an audio interface with two channels. In many cases that is all you need. Take the two headphones outputs, via jack or mini jack, for instance. There is really no need for an external mixer or monitors! Even if you do require them, however, the Duo-Capture still manages to do the job nicely.
Compact sound card and low-latency drivers
When it comes to the quality of a sound card, the drivers are vital. They provide the direct connection to your PC, after all. Roland have equipped the Duo-Capture with stable low-latency drivers, ensuring a quick response. Add a compact and rugged housing and you have a sound card that is ideal for on-the-road applications!

Perfecte aanvulling op mijn mini-studiootje. Ik speel gitaar en keyboard in combinatie met mijn digitale rockband op mijn laptop. Heb mijn gitaar via effectenpedaal aangesloten en het geluid is mooi helder. Ook mijn Yamaha en Korg synth via headphone uit naar Line-in van geluidskaart levert een sprankelend stereo geluid, had niet anders verwacht van Roland. Ingangsgevoeligheid is goed regelbaar. Geluidskaartje is handzaam, super eenvoudig en prettig om mee te werken. Eigenlijk is mijn 6 kanalen mengtafeltje nu overbodig. Ben nog geen negatieve punten tegen gekomen. Je krijgt veel waar voor je geld.

Ben van de UA-11 naar de UA-33 overgestapt.
Niet omdat het apparaat niet werkte, want het werkte perfect. Geluid is loepzuiver!
Alleen mis ik de "stereo mix" wat bij Roland "Loopback Recorder" heet.
Zonder problemen bij de Bax Shop het apparaat omgeruild en tegen een meerprijs de UA-33 aangeschaft. Wel even een converter voor de jack erbij gekocht.
De UA-11 zelf is makkelijk te bedienen en doet wat het moet doen en de installatie is erg gemakkelijk.
Tip, gebruik bij audio interfaces die via usb lopen geen verlengkabel, maar de usb kabel van het apparaat direct op de pc/laptop aansluiten. Dit voorkomt gekraak.

Acheté pour remplacer la puce son d'un nouveau PC dont la latence empêchait l'utilisation de synthétiseurs virtuels. Non seulement cette interface audio m'a permis de synchroniser synthés réels et virtuels, mais a amélioré le son de toutes les applications. Autre grosse bonne surprise, elle a été aussi reconnue automatiquement par Ubuntu 14.04. Un seul petit bémol : lorsque le PC se met en veille, elle se plante. Il faut débrancher la prise USB et rebrancher pour que tout rentre dans l'ordre.

Heb 'm een maandje geleden hier besteld, en ik ben zeer positief over dit ding.
Voor zo'n lage prijs heb je een heel goede interface/geluidskaart.
Soms wel irritant dat je niet kan bepalen welke ingang je gebruikt (of ik heb het nog niet gevonden XD). Het probleem dat ik had; dat ik maar één jack 6.35 ingang had, heb ik opgelost met een convertor voor maar 1 euro nog wat. Zelf speel ik alleen gitaar, dus zoveel ingangen heb ik ook niet nodig, en als je professioneel muziek maakt, zou ik toch voor meer ingangen gaan, maar als start is dit een heel goed ding voor heel weinig geld. MIjn complimenten Roland!
