This Showtec Expression 6000 Q4 is a great addition to the assortment of Expression moving heads and it brings a few new technical innovations to the game, such as a motorised zoom function to change the beam angle and 4-in-1 RGBW LEDs which are used to allow for smooth colour mixing. The Expression 6000 is a kind of hybrid, as its beam can vary from 8 degrees (beam) to 50 degrees (wash).

The Expression 6000 Q4 Zoom makes use of 19 multi-chip RGBW LEDs, which ensure an immense light yield and are subdivided in 5 individual sections that can be separately controlled. With a power consumption of up to 380 watts, this is an energy-efficient moving head, especially if we take the high light yield into account. Via DMX you can make the most of this moving head and various DMX channel-profiles can be selected, so that you won't take up channels that you aren't using. As the unit is compatible with up to 21 channels, you are provided with optimal control over all functions.
