The Shubb brand is not very well known in the Netherlands yet, but many guitarists in the US swear by it! The brand now wants to conquer Europe too, with this C1 capo, among others. This capo is specially designed for use with western and electric guitars, allowing you to raise one or more pitches.

Shubb C1B with a good barré

The Shubb C1 capo was developed with one purpose only: to put a good barré on your guitar. With some capos, it won't connect properly, which is why it is recommended to fix the capo on the fret. This solves the problem, but is not good for your capo! So the Shubb capos last longer because of this, you can just fix it at the fret!

Capo with special rubber: no tuning problems

Shubb had one big challenge: solving and preventing tuning problems. In many capos, the material used is too hard, pushing the strings out of tune. The specially developed rubber of the Shubb capo reacts exactly like your fingertip. Moreover, the capo does not pull the strings askew, eliminating tuning problems altogether!
