The Yamaha F370 acoustic folk guitar has 6 steel strings. This handsome varnished guitar is a perfect beginner instrument, and with the F370, Yamaha proves that a quality guitar can also be affordable. The sides and back of this guitar are fashioned from nato, which is a South-American hardwood similar to mahogany. The top is made of spruce. This combination of wood types provides a beautiful, clear and warm sound. The neck of the 370 is also made of nato and is coupled with a rosewood fretboard.
