The Tascam CD-RW900MKII - the successor of the CD-RW900SL - is a professional CD recorder/player. The most important new feature of the CD-RW900MKII is the TEAC transport function and tray loading system, which not only enables it to flawlessly do its job under demanding circumstances, but also allows you to write track markers without creating gaps in your recordings. Other enhancements include a practical track division function based on time and a stylish new industrial design.
The CD-RW900MKII enables you to make high-grade CD recordings and to play back audio and MP3 CDs. The player/recorder is quite useful for a variety of applications - use it to record concerts, broadcasts and conferences, for instance, or to provide background music in theatres, bars, radio studios or houses of praise. The high-quality AKM codec guarantees a wide dynamic range, which means audio is recorded in astonishing detail. As Tascam strongly values reliability, a pristine audio reproduction and recording quality is ensured at all times.
The CD-RW900MKII features a selection of functions that will certainly please users who mean business. It enables you to set the input level for both channels, for instance, it is fitted with digital as well as analogue inputs and outputs (RCA and toslink), and it allows for various ways of track division (automatic, manual and time-based). During playback you can use the auto-cue, pitch and key control, power-on and fade in/fade out functionality. If you like, you can connect a pair of headphones, or even an optional PS/2 keyboard.
