The JHS Pedals 3 Series Glitch Delay takes your standard delay sound into exciting, experimental realms. Based on the renowned Line 6 DL-4 and Bill Frisell's ambient delay work, this stompbox combines a warm classic delay with unexpected glitch events. So your set delay time stays fixed, while a random glitch in real time bends, pulls and distorts the playback tempo of your repeats. With the Glitch control on the far left, you maintain familiar delay sound, while up to 50% glitch action creates pulsating, lively delays. The Time knob offers a spectrum from 20 to 980 ms - everything from tight slapbacks to dreamy ambient sounds. Each note stacks on top of the previous one, slowly melting away thanks to constant repeats and an internal limiter that prevents overshoot. And thanks to the handy mix-toggle, you choose between subtle or more pronounced delay levels.
