The Expanse is home to a broad selection of effects carried over from Neunaber Audio's V2 Stereo Pedals. That means that in addition to the standard Wet Reverb algorithm, you're getting good-old Hall, Plate and Spring reverbs as well as Shimmer, Modulated and Echo effects both with and without reverb. The same goes for the chorus, flanging, phasing, tremolo and the infinite hold modulation flavours that can be loaded into this premium guitar pedal.
The Expanse: Extensive Control Over Extensive Effects
Via the specially-developed Expanse software, you can gain access to another seven effects, up to four of which can be programmed and routed in a number of ways. Plug a Neunaber ExP footswitch (not included) into the fitted Cat 5 ExP port and you'll even have instant-access to four of the extra effects, each complete with two selectable presets. Meanwhile, the three nameless knobs on the face of the Expanse can be assigned to specific parameters so you can effortlessly tweak any of the effect algorithms to taste and, depending on how and where it's dropped into your FX chain, the ever-flexible Neunaber Audio Expanse can be set to buffered or true bypass.
