The Pinnacle Microphones Fat Top II Brown is a passive short-ribbon microphone that instantly gives your recordings a soft, warm and full-bodied sound. Thanks to the natural roll-off in the high frequencies, you often don’t even need to EQ away any harsh edges. Thanks to its symmetrical figure-8 polar pattern, you can record equally well from both sides, with a deep null for extra isolation. The Lundahl LL2913 transformer delivers greater definition, a tighter low end and more ‘air’. Ideal for guitar amps, piano, wind instruments and drums.
