General
The Istanbul Agop 20" Turk Ride is a ride cymbal that stands out for its drier, more defined sound. Thanks to its solid, dry stick response and a raw, unpolished bell, this ride produces minimal overtones, ensuring that every strike comes across clearly and directly. The cymbal has been intensively hammered without any lathe work, resulting in pleasantly complex overtones. Its character is distinctly dark; ideal for drummers playing jazz, fusion or alternative styles who are looking for a cymbal with personality that isn’t drowned out by a cloud of sustain.
