The Istanbul Agop 22" 30th Anniversary Ride is the result of traditional Turkish craftsmanship, carried out using centuries-old methods. Each piece begins with a unique, hand-shaped bell, after which the cymbal is given its unmistakable sound through intensive, deep hammering. Thanks to the special pre-ageing finish, a rich balance is achieved between crisp staccato sticking and an exceptionally dark, complex wash. This ride cymbal responds sensitively to the slightest differences in dynamics and delivers an impressively broad tonal spectrum, both in the studio and on stage, with an expressive, vintage vibe.
