A light rustling wash and sparkling stick-sound with a tight feel. It's glaringly clear that this Paiste 20-inch medium ride is part of Paiste's renowned Jazz Formula 602 Series. The responsive, rich and dynamic sounds that can be teased out of this cymbal, while designed with Jazz work in mind, will easily find space on the kit of drummers who prefer other, lighter playing styles.

The Delicate Sound of the Formula 602 Cymbals

In 1959, Paiste launched their now legendary Formula 602 series. The cymbals in this range were the epitome of refined tonality and made them perfect for jazz, fusion and blues styles. These clear, light cymbals deliver a detailed sound and delicate rhythmic support. The Formula 602 cymbals are made of CuSn20, also known as Traditional Bronze.
