General

Zildjian's GEN16 Buffed Bronze line offers a number of advanced low-noise cymbals with different sound characteristics. This particular 18-inch crash/ride combines the shrouded, lasting character of a ride with the accent possibilities of a crash. It produces incredibly low volumes too - actually a quarter of the volume of a conventional cymbal! With its polished Buffed Bronze finish, this beautiful model looks great and has a warmer sound than its nickel-plated counterpart. Finally, this cymbal makes a fantastic addition to a hybrid drum kit, thanks to the refined combo pickups that translate acoustic sound into an electronic one.
