General

The ESP LTD AP-4 Black is an affordable electric P-style bass guitar with an active PJ configuration by EMG. This means you've got a P split-coil in the middle and an LJ pickup at the bridge for a broad tonal palette that ranges from strong, low sounds to tight, dynamic mids and everything in between. You can fine-tune your amplified sound further with two volume controls and a tone knob. What's more, the beautiful ebony fretboard on this bass guitar's comfortable neck offers 21 Extra Jumbo frets. Finally, the AP-4's acoustic sound is enriched with harmonious overtones thanks to the fixed Babicz full-contact bridge.
