General

In light of their 75th birthday, Fender have presented a number of limited editions of their most iconic models, including this extremely opulent Anniversary Commemorative Precision Bass. Here, the beautiful grain of the alder body comes coated in classy 2-Color Bourbon Burst lacquer and complemented by gilded hardware. The comfortably-shaped P-style body has been finished with a 1963 C-profile maple secured with four bolts, and to emphasize its special status some more, this solid-bodied bass comes complete with a deluxe moulded hard-shell case.

The 75th Anniversary Commemorative Precision Bass: Undeniably Easy to Play & Familiar Amplified Tone

To provide you with more than enough playability and comfort at the same time, the maple fretboard has been given a 9.5" radius and 20 medium jumbo frets. The 4-saddle HiMass Vintage bridge, meanwhile, not only offers ultimate stability but a surprisingly welcome choice whenever it's time to swap out the strings, since fresh strings can be either run through the body or secured at the bridge. The tight, resonant lows and defined highs shaped by this limited edition Precision Bass are passed on to your bass amp in all of their glory thanks to the Alnico 5 Custom Shop '62 Precision Bass Split Single-Coil pickup, and via the volume and tone controls, any tonal adjustments can be accurately dialled in with ease as needed.
