A new direction with the American Vintage '63 Precision Bass

Back in 1963, Fender took their Precision Bass down a completely new road and equipped it, for the first time, with a round-laminated rosewood fretboard. This fretboard can be recognised by its slender, curved looks and sits on the neck as if it were a thin layer. Additionally, the Fender American Vintage '63 Precision Bass is equipped with beautiful chrome covers for the bridge and the Vintage split single-coil pickup.

The American Vintage models are highly accurate reproductions of Fender guitars and bass guitars from the fifties, sixties and seventies.
