The Contemporary edition of Höfner's classic '60s Club Bass effortlessly shapes the famed German maker's signature sound, adding a satisfying modern twist in the process. Without doing injustice to the vintage vibe of the original, the design of the alternative cutaway provides smooth access to the highest frets of this electric hollowbody and allows bassists to drop flexible bass lines.

The Club Bass CT: Famous Hollowbody Bass Sounds Without Feedback

Loaded with standard-issue pots and two Ignition Staple pickups in the bridge and neck positions, the Club Bass CT has everything needed to fire off those famous hollowbody bass sounds without the risk of feedback. Besides a sound-hole-free arched soundboard, this semi-hollow bass has a spruce centre-block and comes finished with a Höfner Fretted bridge and a trapeze tailpiece for that iconic feel and unmistakable foundation sound.
