Yamaha makes a number of mouthpieces for your saxophone, each and every one with the great quality you know and expect from Yamaha. For alto sax there are five different models available in the Standard series: 3C, 4C, 5C, 6C and 7C. The MP AS 6C model is intended for experienced players and produces a rich sound with powerful volume.

Standard Series

Saxophone mouthpieces from the Standard series are fashioned from phenol, which is a high-quality. When it comes to playing characteristics and specifications, these mouthpieces are incredibly consistent and offer you good quality and musicality. Because of their shorter facing length the Standard series mouthpieces are easier for beginners to play without sacrificing any of that great Yamaha quality.
