The D'Addario Woodwinds RJB1015 Royal alto saxophone 1.5 + Reed Guard consists of a box of ten reeds and a brightly-coloured Reed Guard. The traditionally shaped reeds deliver a clear tone in the upper as well as the lower register. They also have a quick response, making articulation a walk in the park. You can play virtually any type of music with these reeds, from classical to jazz. With a strength of 1.5, they are great for beginner sax-players as well.

Reed Guard

Unfortunately, reeds eventually wear out, but you'll always have four extra reeds with you with the Reed Guard. Its soft elastomer cover and grooved surface keeps your reeds safe and dry and prevents them from warping. The Reed Guards are available in red, yellow, green, blue, and purple. Now, you get box of ten reeds plus a free Reed Guard - what a combo!
