General
The YSS-82ZR is a "Custom" soprano saxophone from Yamaha. The Custom Z series is designed by balancing the latest technologies in the field into one model. It has an ergonomic arrangement of valves. That means you don't have to adjust your hands to play the saxophone, but the saxophone is made for the shape of human hands. Now, every hand is different, which is why certain parts are also adjustable, such as the teardrop-shaped front-F valve and the thumb rest. Valves made of mother-of-pearl are pleasant to hold because they are soft, without your fingers sliding off. A one-piece sound cup and neck ensures good resonance and a stable sound. A slim, lightweight case is included!
