General
The Gretsch G2622T Streamliner Center Block is a semi-acoustic guitar with a block made of spruce that runs through the centre of the body to reinforce the top and prevent any problems with feedback. This model also has a Bigsby B70 tailpiece that allows you to easily add vibrato effects to your playing. The Broad'Tron BT-2S humbucker high-output pickups deliver prominent lows, growling mids and pristine highs and you can tweak the tones to perfection using the volume and tone controls along with the 3-way pickup switch.
G2622T: playing comfort and tuning stability
The G2622T has a thin U neck profile, a 12-inch fretboard radius and 22 medium jumbo, all of which make it extremely comfortable to play. Excellent tuning stability is assured too thanks to the Anchored Adjusto-Matic bridge, the tailpiece, the synthetic bone string nut and die-cast machine heads. Once you pick it up and play it, you'll find it hard to put this guitar down again!

Mooie look, opvallende kleur. Niveau van afwerking is goed. Klein minpunt: f-holes hebben geen trim, maar zijn met zwarte verf afgewerkt. Onder de groene lak ik op 2 plekken rond f-hole een veeg zwarte verf te zien. Niet heel zichtbaar door kleur van de lak, maar is toch slordig.
Knoppen zijn van transparant plastic met zwarte onderkant. Chroom of nikkel had ik mooier gevonden. Maar voor dit prijspunt kun je ook niet álles verwachten. Bovendien, is makkelijk te wisselen indien gewenst.
Kortom, superfijn spelende Gretsch instapper. Aanrader!
