The G2655T Streamliner Center-Block Junior: Acoustic Sound & Stability

The laminated maple body of this semi-acoustic is finished in a high-gloss while the set-in nato neck has been topped with a laurel fretboard, which not only completes a deluxe look, but shapes a full and creamy foundation sound packed with punchy accents. Under the hood of this Streamliner Junior, you'll find a chunk of lightweight spruce running through the length of the body, not only to support the overall construction but to almost completely eliminate feedback.

Broad’Tron Pickups and a Bigsby Vibrato Tailpiece

The G3 comes mounted with a solid pair of Broad’Tron humbuckers: double-wound pickups that deliver solid basses, growling mids and surprisingly sparkling, yet never overpowering trebles. This unique tone is varied at will via a three-way switch and a tone pot per pickup and, when you pop out the master volume, the coils can be split to unleash single-coil-style sound and open up even more options. To finish, an anchored Adjust-O-Matic bridge, a legendary tone-bending Bigsby B50 and a synthetic bone nut have been fitted to ensure Gretsch-grade tuning stability and sustain.

onlangs deze geweldige Gretsch G2655T Streamliner Center Block Jr. Double-Cut Brandywine IL semi-akoestische gitaar aangeschaft bij BAX TE Rotterdam. Deze gitaar voldoet volledig aan mijn verwachting. Ik ben geen echte beginner, maar ook geen ervaren gitarist. Deze gitaar is heel fijn te bespelen met een zeer mooie te volgen hals. Bij de aflevering heeft een medewerker van Bax de gitaar volledig nagekeken en ook afgesteld. De actie heben ze op mijn verzoek zo laag mogelijk ingesteld. waardoor het nog makkelijker is geworden om de tonen met minimale druk uitstekend laten klinken. Mede door de mogelijkheid om in 3 keer de gitaar te betalen was de aanschaf geen probleem. Ik ben er heel blij mee en direct op les gegaan. Super bedankt.
