General
The Sire T7TM is the latest addition to the American guitar-builder's Larry Carlton Series. This classy semi-hollow model has a thinline TE-style shape, complete with a classic f-hole. The mahogany body has been finished with a solid swamp ash soundboard and a vintage-style fixed bridge with three brass saddles and strings that run through the body, resulting in warm, full-bodied sound and slightly boosted natural sustain. A set of Sire Premium locking tuners keep the tuning in check.
The T7TM: Robust, Dynamic Amplified Sound
The two LC Vintage P90 soapbar pickups offer balanced output between the neck and bridge position and come wired up to a 3-way pickup switch, a master volume pot, and a master tone pot, completing a set-up that's more than flexible enough for dialling in the expressive and dynamic sound needed for styles like pop, jazz and rock. Ample playing comfort is provided by a C-shaped mahogany neck and an Edgeless rosewood fretboard with a 9.5" radius and twenty-two medium jumbo frets.
