The Falcon is a classic hollow body from Gretsch that is very popular with rock 'n roll guitarists in particular. This unique model has a dazzling Rose Metallic finish and is part of Gretsch's legendary Limited Edition series. This model is a strictly limited edition, so don't delay if you want to get your hands on one. This special Falcon model has excellent tuning stability thanks to its sealed self-lubricating Grover Imperial Die-Cast machine heads. These help to preserve the famous clean, bright Gretsch sound offered by this type of guitar. The high-quality tuners work perfectly together with the legendary Bigsby B6CB vibrato with which you can add tasteful vibrato effects. The G6134T-LTD15 comes with a robust G6267 Deluxe Hardshell guitar case.
G6136T-LED15 Falcon Rose Metallic: '59 trestle bracing and stylish finish
This exclusive model features the famous '59 trestle bracing stabiliser to prevent howling. It also reinforces the top and stops unwanted vibrations. The weight of the guitar is largely unaffected and the natural resonance of the body remains fully intact. Even after more than 50 years, this method is still being used on special guitars like the Rose Metallic Limited Edition. The set-in neck is made of maple, as is the fretboard which has a comfortable standard U profile and 22 medium jumbo frets. The Rose Metallic finish, Silver Sparkle bindings, headstock with Vertical Winged logo and the silver Falcon on the pickguard make this an exceptionally stylish guitar.
High Sensitive Filter'Tron and tone control
When amplified, this special Gretsch guitar gives you access to a remarkably wide dynamic range. The G6136T-LTD Rose Metallic delivers everything from soft, sweet whispers to pure, raw rock 'n roll sounds. These are produced by two High Sensitive Filter'Tron humbuckers. Furthermore, with its variety of controls and 3-way switches, this Gretsch guitar allows you to customise your sounds to your own liking. Along with a master volume control, each pickup has a separate volume knob as well. With the 3-way pickup switch you can choose between humbuckers or have a combination of both. The tone switch puts three famous Gretsch voicings at your fingertips. In short, this Limited Edition Falcon combines stunning looks with amazing sound.
