This JSM10 John Scofield Vintage Yellow Sunburst version comes with a luxury Ibanez case and is fitted with D'Addario EXL 140 (.010 - .052) round wound strings.
Ibanez JSM10 VYS: balanced with great sustain
Just like its big brother, this semi-acoustic Ibanez has a body made entirely of flamed maple. Its neck is made of sapele wood and has an ebony fretboard. I bought this guitar as B-stock and would do so again absolutely. Not only was the instrument perfect and the delivery also, but the saving was really great. I'd buy another with absolute confidence. Besides the service the instrument itself is amazing: I've wanted one of these for years and BAX provided the opportunity to do so! Thank you.

This is the second guitar I've bought from Bax this year, superbly efficient service and great value once again. This guitar looks even more stunning in real life and the quality of finish is absolutely flawless I've looked at it very closely and can find no imperfections. The fretboard is stunning and the smoothest and fastest I've ever played. The flamed maple body is stunning, normally you'd be paying double for a guitar with a comparable finish. Great quality. The neck is thick however and I'm struggling a bit with it as I have small/medium size hands for a man, I'll stick with it though as the guitar is so fine, i can just about get my thumb over the top onto the low E string (don't think the Gibsons are any smaller though). The acoustic sound is lovely and amped up it is fabulous, giving all sounds from the (clean) sweetest jazz right though to Foo Fighters style rock with a metal overdrive pedal, and everything in between. If you have up to £1000 and are looking for a brilliant hollow body guitar, or a cheaper alternative to a Gibson ES335/339 look no further, buy one of these. Can't see how the Gibsons are any better, maybe just the nitro finish.
