General
The Audix SCX1MP Set puts together two SCX1C cardioid condenser microphones. This pair of pencil mikes are ideal as drum kit or piano overheads but can just as easily be used for close-miking instruments. Their cardioid pickup pattern and small diaphragm ensure natural sound at short distances and a high maximum sound pressure leve and, as a nice bonus, the set comes complete with a pair of A140 headphones.
