Wrote the following about Beyerdynamic MC 930 Stereo-Set Small-Diaphragm Condenser Pair

These mics are fantastic. I have been using Rode NT5 mics for guitar and mandolin and was pretty happy with them but thought they had a slight shrill sound at times and I also notice that the bass doesn’t come through that well. The MC930s have amazing bass and the highs are really smooth, exactly what I was hoping for. Highly recommended
