General
The Yamaha SS8W has been designed for drummers who demand maximum control and stability from their snare drum stand. Thanks to its double-braced base, this stand is rock-solid, even during the most vigorous playing. A standout feature is the Ball Clamp Tilter, which allows you to position the snare drum almost infinitely and quickly at any desired angle or rotation. The ergonomic knob with built-in ring also ensures smooth and intuitive adjustment. The Yamaha Tone-Enhancing Basket Rubbers are unique, preventing the snare’s vibrations from being lost in the stand. This gives your snare drum more low-end and preserves its natural sound. The height is adjustable from 41 to 54 cm, with a total weight of 3.2 kg.
