General

Bearing a mere 6-inch diameter and 3-inch depth, the mini shell of the Tama BST83MBK Metalworks Effect Series drum provides the perfect little side snare. Fitted with a tension-adjustable, Mod-Tone snare system on the underside of the batter head, this snare can be switched off and on just like any full-sized snare. And, just like all Metalworks Effect snares, this model has been finished with triple-flanged tension hoops and comes complete with an MC69 single tom mount so it can be easily secured to a hi-hat or cymbal stand.
