Whether you need a deep ballad-worthy snare or a tight and high-pitched timbale-style snare, the Yamaha Stage Custom Series will have you covered. This range of snares offers the genre-spanning versatility of an enormous tuning range, so you can couple the right tuning up with the right set of drumheads and essentially get these snares to do whatever you want. The 1mm-thick steel shell adds the slicing clarity demanded by pop, rock, and funk, and each Stage Custom snare has been finished with 45° bearing edges; fitted with 1.5mm triple flanged hoops; and comes with a set of pre-installed Remo UT drumheads as standard. The Yamaha SSS1455 Stage Custom Steel snare is 5.5 inches deep and has a 14 inch diameter.

La Yamaha stage custom est jolie, mais j'ai trouvé la qualité de fabrication de l'accastillage - timbre, tirant, cercles, etc. - de qualité moyenne. Le fut est en revanche de bonne qualité.

Toffe snaar sound en in combinatie met een "fatring" zelfs nog beter. Heel goede service gehad zowel met de helpdesk als in de winkel. Verkoper nam zijn tijd om enkele modellen te stemmen en uiteindelijk heb ik mijn persoonlijke smaak gekozen. Goeie snaar drum voor weinig geld en goede service. Bax is zeker een aanrader.

Wilde naast een houten snare ook een stalen snare van Yamaha, op diverse forums werd zeer positief gesproken over deze snare.
De snare besteld en WOW wat veel snare voor een relatief klein bedrag!!!
Bijzonder dat ze voor dit geld zo'n goede snare kunnen maken.
De snare klinkt scherp, veel dynamiek, mijn persoonlijke mening een perfecte live snare.
Zoek je een goede snare voor een klein bedrag, deze snare zal je niet teleurstellen!!

Gekocht als probeersel als aanvulling op alle houten snares. Niet te geloven hoe fijn deze snare is met een standaard Remo Ambassador-vel. Vooral verbaasd over de warme klank die uit dit stalen keteltje komt. Klinkt bijna als brons. En heb niet eens de snarenmat hoeven te vervangen voor een smoother geluid. Daarnaast is deze snare erg responsief en stelt je goed in de gelegenheid om zacht te spelen (ik speel jazz). Kortom: een echte verrassing voor een verrassende prijs. Ik zeg: doen!
