If you are looking for a dark and crisp sound from your snare drum, then you must have the PureSound CPS1324! Because the 24 strings of this mat are steel, they deliver a very crisp sound. The mat also features special Anti Choke plates. This means that the corners of the clips where the strings are attached are slightly bent. This way, the sheet is lifted slightly from the edge of the sheet, resulting in less noise. Should you want to tighten the mat slightly or swap it for another mat, you can use the Speed Release straps. With these straps, you quickly and easily attach the mat to the desired length in the clamp and tensioner. Suitable for a 13-inch snare drum.
