Hal Leonard The Real Book Volume II (Eb instruments)

This is the version for Eb instruments of Volume II from the widely used Real Book series. Also in this Es edition, for baritone saxophone or alto saxophone, for example, you will find the chords and melodies of no less than 400 well-known jazz songs. This is used as a basis for jazz improvisation. The whole thing covers 440 pages, held together by a practical ring binder.

Volume II of the famous Real Books

The three famous Real Books are the most widely used reference works for jazz musicians. Until 2004, only pirated versions existed, for which no royalties were paid to the various composers. In that year, however, publisher Hal Leonard released the first legal (and also corrected) version, with largely the same song list. Volume II is subtitled 'Second Edition' at Hal Leonard.
