General

Electro-Voice's EVID S4.2 is a set consisting of two weather-resistant passive speakers, made to be wall-mounted! These speakers are ideal for restaurants, bars, patios, retail, fitness clubs, amusement parks, and more! These 2-way speakers have a high maximum load capacity and are easy to assemble and install. After mounting, it is possible to rotate the system horizontally 90 degrees, or vertically 45 degrees. It is possible to mount the speaker on both walls and ceiling. Besides splash-proof, the EVID S4.2 speakers are resistant to UV light, salt and high humidity. Should the black finish not be quite what you want, it is also possible to paint over these speakers!

Wrote the following about Electro-Voice EVID S4.2B passive speaker set, 2-way, 4-inch, 160W

Prima geluid voor zulke speakers met een relatief klein vermogen! Het geluid van deze speakers is erg goed, maar je moet ook niet superveel verwachten van 160W speakers. Dit betekent niet dat het geen fantastische speakers zijn! De kwaliteit is kortom gezegd goed net zoals het geluid. De bass is wat licht aanwezig, dit is niet storend met een aparte subwoofer aangesloten. Het is fijn dat de speakers makkelijk te monteren zijn en dat je ze in elke richting kan draaien. Ondanks het kleine formaat leveren deze speaker grote prestaties daarom geef ik het vier sterren!
