General
The CD-60 V3 is an upgraded, Walnut edition, of the incredibly popular and surprisingly inexpensive Fender CD Series. This steel-string acoustic is developed for beginners who want to start seriously honing their skills. The laminated body is shaped by mahogany back and sides and a spruce top and fitted with a nato neck and walnut fretboard and bridge.
The CD-60 V3: A Comfortable Acoustic
The combination of wood types gives this guitar a classic rich fullness of foundation sound only delivered by a Dreadnought-shaped body. This is accented by a roundness in the higher registers while there's more than enough attack to the overall tone. Finger pick or play with a plectrum, all with a comfortable C-profile neck in the palm of your fret hand. The CD-60 V3 Walnut comes with a standard set of acoustic .012-gauge strings installed, that, due to the 25.3-inch scale length, take on a lot less tension than most standard acoustics meaning that the playability feels lighter and needs less pressure to hold notes and chords. This Fender acoustic is built to ease any beginner into comfortable guitar playing.

Mooie gitaar, die toch mooi klinkt (volgens mij), ik moet ze wel altijd stemmen voor ik begin te oefenen, maar dat zie ik niet als nadeel, als beginner

Voor dit geld een redelijk geluid, maar verwacht geen warme klanken zoals bij een solide top of andere houtsoorten.
Ik kan deze gitaar aanraden als je voor relatief weinig geld een kwalitatief goede gitaar wil hebben als je een beginner bent en nog niet zeker weet hoe serieus je wil gaan spelen. Als je toch serieuze wil spelen, dan vervang je waarschijnlijk die gitaar van 200-250 euro toch wel voor een nog beter model. Derhalve is dit een verstandige keuze wat mij betreft.
